We completed an outdoor construction project for a residence in Independence, Kentucky.
Project Overview:
The customer contacted our team after observing that rainwater runoff from their residence was causing significant soil erosion along the foundation perimeter, with debris subsequently being deposited onto the backyard concrete pad.
Solution Implemented:
To remediate this issue, our team installed decorative rock stabilization to secure the affected area and mitigate ongoing erosion. Additionally, we constructed a hardscape retaining wall designed to redirect water flow, effectively channeling runoff away from both the foundation and concrete pad, thereby protecting the structural integrity of the property.
